1.    Q: How can I order

A:    You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, login and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.


2.    Q: How to get GST invoice for GST input credit?
A:    Our online ordering system will ask for all the important information you should submit. If you have a GSTIN number, please remember to add it , at Step 4 Delivery Method "Add Comments About Your Order". This will make sure that you will get GST Invoice for input credit. If it is not added while ordering you can send email or can contact us to add GST details even after receiving the order.


3.    Q: Can I Change my order?
A:   We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" or info@science2buy.com or can call.


4.    Q: Do you accept returns?
A:    Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions: - The item must have been sold on our online store - The item shouldn't have been used in any way - The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc. - The return or exchange request is made within 7 days of delivery. To request for a return, please reach out to support by submitting your request via "contact us" . A member of our support staff shall respond as soon as possible.

Items Mentioned with Non Returnable will not be returned.

It the product received is broken or is faulty then it can be replaced.


5.    Q: How Long it will take to ship my order?
A:    Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery location as well as the type of product you order. Normally, once you've placed your order, it usually takes 2-4 days to process and mark it ready-for-delivery. 


6.    Q: How can i cancel my order ?
A:    If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email or call customer support. 


7.    Q: Can i change delivery address after i have placed my order ?
A:    If your order has not been shipped yet, then we can deliver to a different address as per your request, you can send an email or call customer support. 


8.    Q: What payment methods can I use?
A:    You can use all the major credit cards.

9.    Q: What should I do if the payment is not accepted?
A:    Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can't make the payment, please contact info@science2buy.com notify us about the problem. We can manage the order manually.
