APPARATUS USED
1. LEE’S DISC APPARATUS of the same diameter with inlet and outlet tubes for steam. Both the cylinders : have radial holes for insertion of thermometers The material : Glass (provided)under test is placed between the two cylinders. Stand:The apparatus is suspended by strings attached to the lower cylinder. having m.s. cast iron base 8” x 5” with 18 ‘ x 3/8” steel chromed rod. Without thermometers.
2. Thermometer, 110’ C mercury to measure the temperature of the water
3. Hot Plate size 8 inch round with cork and shoeal balance under which beaker can be placed
4. Rubber Tubing 8 MM
